CLEVELAND – Patrick Gillespie of Gillespie Company acquired the 7,500-square-foot industrial building located on the East Bank of Cleveland's Flats at 1653 Fall Street, Cleveland, Ohio from Sam Costello for $175,000 on January 2nd, 2008.

Built in 1955, this one-story industrial building features compressed air lines, two drive-in bays and two cranes.

David Stover of Chartwell Group represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
